The following sales and delivery terms and conditions apply to all products purchased at www.regnfang.dk for delivery in Denmark, but does not include Greenland or the Faroe Islands, unless otherwise agreed upon.

SECURITY

Information shared when making a purchase on REGNFANG.DK is kept private and protected. Your purchase is sold via a secured (encrypted) SSL (secured sockets layer), which ensures that only PBS has access to your information. The amount is withdrawn in connection with a transaction number, and neither we nor anyone can access your card number or account number. ORDERS AND PAYMENT 

In order to make a purchase at www.regnfang.dk, you choose the items you would like to buy and add them to your “basket”. You can change the content of your basket or check the total cost at any time. Additional costs for shipping or credit card charges are shown and confirmed before you finish the purchase. When you are ready to order, please click on the basket and fill in the required information: name, address, email, phone number, and payment form, and choose your delivery type. You can change the contents of your basket up until you press buy by clicking on “order and pay”. Once you have confirmed, your order will be sent to www.regnfang.dk. The amount is withdrawn when the order is sent to you.

PAYMENT

We accept the following credit and debit cards: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard. The amount is withdrawn when the order is sent to you. You can also choose to pay with Mobilpay in our webshop. 

Please note: if ordering from a country other than Denmark, some banks charge an extra overseas transaction fee. This is a bank fee and can not be refunded by REGNFANG. REGNFAND does not refund sales tax on items from our webshop, which are exported outside of EU for either private or commercial purposes.

DELIVERY, SHIPPING AND POSTAGE

We pack and ship your order within 2-4 business days. Please note that busy periods and public holidays may cause delays. You will be notified in case of delay.

We offer delivery without distribution (delivery to a local post center). Please write to info@regnfang.dk if you would like a package delivered to your address.

The cheapest postage rate is 36kr (delivery without distribution). Customers are free to choose between PostNord, Bring, or GLS. We can also send your package with Dao, but we don’t recommend using Dao, because they have delayed several of our packages. If you choose Dao, we can’t guarantee that your package will arrive on the expected arrival date. If you choose to use Dao, we will not be able to refund you before Dao’s 10 day late delivery policy.

RECEIPT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your item has shipped, you receive an email confirmation. Your order confirmation is also your receipt. We do not include a receipt with the shipped item, so don't worry if you've sent it to someone as a gift! Once your order has been shipped and registered by the delivery service, you will receive a “track and trace” number, which you can use to follow the location of your package.

Shipping within the EU

For orders within the EU we use PostNord or GLS. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any delay with the shipping company or local circumstances. Packages within the EU are typically delivered within 1-10 days from the day you receive the shipment confirmation.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
