Refund policy
14 DAY RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
When you purchase something on REGNFANG.DK you have a 14-day right of cancellation. To start a return, please contact us at info@regnfang.dk. If you've contacted us within the 14-day timeframe, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging. Please note, due to hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal is unbroken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All prices are shown in DDK and include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include shipping. Please note that if ordering from other countries, some banks may charge an extra overseas transaction fee because we have a Danish bank. This fee is charged by the bank and is non-refundable by Regnfang. For more information, please contact your bank.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

When we have received the item and accepted the return, we will return the amount paid to your account. The full amount will be transferred to the credit card you used for the purchase. This procedure is non-negotiable, as it prevents fraud or the use of stolen credit cards.
If you would like to exchange your item or another, please return your item and make a separate purchase.
Items must be shipped in packaging that ensures their safe return. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and they are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service, otherwise we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please note: we do not accept packages sent express collect.
DANISH PURCHASE ACT
In accordance with the Danish Purchase Act, a 2-year warranty is granted on products purchased at Regnfang.dk. If a product is defective, if it is received damaged or if it gets a manufacturing defect within 24 months from the date of purchase. Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered defective. If you return a damaged or defective product, we will refund the price of the item, incl. taxes, if applicable. To return a defective or damaged product, please email us at info@regnfang.dk, along with a photo of the defect item. We cover return postage for items that are defective by sending you a return shipping label, which you will need to print. We cannot refund your shipping costs if you ship the item in any other way. Complaints regarding an item that is damaged upon receipt or is defective must be reported to Regnfang.dk within 2 months, unless otherwise agreed
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to both process and post the refund.

FAIR USE
REGNFANG reserves the right to prevent individuals from shopping through the Website if they have a high number of returned items.
